Apple Glazed Pork Roast

Easy baked pork roast recipe. Apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and apple slices combined and spread over the outside of the pork loin before baking.
Ingredients -
2 pounds Loin of Pork, trimmed
1/2 cup Apple Juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 small Apple, peeled cored and sliced
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Place pork loin on wire rack. Set rack in roasting pan.

3. Combine apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and sliced apple.

4. Pour apple juice mixture over pork loin.

5. Cover roasting pan with lid or foil.

6. Bake 60 minutes.

7. Remove foil.

8. Continue cooking, basting occasionally with pan juices for another 30 minutes.

Avoid Freezing Pork
Avoid freezing pork for best results. Thawing frozen pork allows for a great deal of moisture loss. Moisture loss means less tender pork.

Cooking Tip
Storing Pork
Pork should be wrapped tightly and stored in the coldest part of the refrigerator. If not properly wrapped, the pork can dry out.
