Cranberry Citrus Glaze

Wonderful cranberry and orange based glaze perfect for the holidays. Serve warm with sliced roast pork.
Ingredients -
1 (16 ounces) can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1/2 teaspoon Orange Zest, optional
1/2 teaspoon Dried Sage
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Add whole berry cranberry sauce, orange juice, orange zest and dried sage to saucepan.

3. Bring cranberry mixture to a boil over medium heat.

4. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

5. Serve with roasted pork loin.

Pan Frying Pork
When pan frying or sautéing pork chops, do not cover the skillet unless the recipe calls for it. Covering the pork will result in the moisture not escaping and the pork chops will be steamed.

Before roasting pork, sear all surfaces of the pork roast to create a flavorful crust on the pork roast.
