Cooking Tip
Poaching
Poaching is great for partially cooking sausages prior to grilling, pan frying or broiling. Never pierce sausage casings before poaching to avoid moisture from being released.

Cooking Tip
Always Cook Pork Fully
Always cook pork fully. Never cook pork partially and refrigerate to finish cooking later.
