1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the pork fat-side up in a deep casserole dish.
3. Combine the water and liquid smoke and pour over the pork.
4. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
5. Cover and roast in a preheated oven for three hours.
6. Remove from pan and shred.
7. Serve immediately.
