1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the pork loin and onions and cook until they are evenly browned.
3. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Remove the pork loin and vegetables and place on a side dish.
5. Return the pan to the heat and add the butter and stir until it’s melted.
6. Add the flour and stir constantly until a paste forms.
7. Slowly add in the whole milk and stir until the gravy thickens.
8. Stir in the tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt.
9. Return the pork mixture to the pan, stir and simmer until meat is tender.
10. Serve over noodles or rice.
